Terms
First and MOST IMPORTANT: In order to be fair to our advertisers and to
ensure quality communication with the Webmaster....YOU MUST BE ABLE TO READ
AND WRITE ENGLISH.
Multiple Joins
You are not allowed to create more than 1 account.
Multiple accounts with the same IP adress will be considered fraudulent and deleted.
No more than 1 account per person/household and/or IP adress is allowed.
You must be at least 18 years old to join this site.
Referral Shifting By Administration
If you are found to be using an external referral builder and cheating or breaking the rules of that program or forum, ADMIN has the right to move referrals to the proper member's downline.
Referrals must be moved manually. If you make a purchase for referrals you must allow 24 hours for your referrals to be shifted to your account.
Email Requirements
Any member who does not receive their verification email within 30 minutes is most likely using an email server that blocks SPAM. You should use the Contact page if you need help.
If you use an autoresponder, you will be suspended until you fix it. If your email bounces you will be suspended or deleted, depending on how many times it has happened and your willingness to fix it. This is decided at the discretion of the Webmaster.
Purchases
Purchases may come from an unverified account as long you verify your purchase in the email you receive after your purchase is completed.
If you do not verify that you made the purchase your purchase will be denied.
If your name on this site account does not match the PAYPAL or ALERTPAY account you used for the purchase, your purchase will be denied.
Any member found trying to cheat the system by placing fraudulent purchases, or making a purchase then reversing the payment, that member will be suspended or deleted. Any funds owed or accumulated will be forefit.
Since our system is automatic and digital in nature we can not and will not issue refunds. Once your purchase is made your ads are running. We are not responsible for any purchases made by you or on your behalf.
Payout Requests
Payouts are processed on a monthly basis. If you request payout before the 15 your request will be processed at the end of the month. If you request payment after the 15 your request will be processed the following month. You must allow 60-90 days for payment to be received. Your actual amount received may be different than what it states in your balance. We pay out our revenue to members based on the amount of revenue generated.
90 days is the longest time frame, intended to allow for personal or health issues or even computer or server issues.
**IF YOU HAVE A NEGATIVE POINT BALANCE (WHICH INDICATES CHEATING)YOUR PAYOUT WILL BE DENIED.** If you request payout more than once with a negative point balance, your account will be suspended or deleted.
**This site accepts and pays with PayPal and AlertPay ONLY.
You must have a VERIFIED PayPal or AlertPay Account to receive payout. If you attempt to request payout with an unverified PAYPAL account more than once, your account will be suspended or deleted. If you request payout to an UNVERIFIED PayPal or AlertPay account it will be denied.
Your payout request will be denied if your account on this site has a different country and/or name listed than your paypal account.
**If you have failed 4 or more cheat checks you will not be paid.
We use a site called Pay People Online to verify our affiliates and keep track of our accounting,. In order to be paid you must confirm your information through them to be able to collect your money. Without confirming your details we will not make any payments. You are responsible for any fees associated with this process. This process assures we pay as little in taxes as possible. If we pay you without this information we would be liable for the money we pay you. We will not pay your taxes. This is the final step to being paid through our network.
False Representing
We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.
Your NAME must be on your account at this site. Full Name, first and last, is required and it must match the PayPal account that you are sending and receiving payments with. Your username is not an acceptable name on your account. If your name on your site account and your name on your
PayPal or AlertPay account do not match, your payout request or purchace will be denied. There are too many members requesting payout to a PayPal or AlertPay address that does not match their account name.
We will not be responsible for payments sent to the address you provide in the withdraw section. Especially if the name does not match your account here.
Your information is secure and will never be shared.
Cheating
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to delete all of the user's earnings and will ban the user from our network.Cheating would include any of the following:
Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.
Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.
Spam
We do not beleive in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates, specials, contests and issues with the site.
If you spam the ADMIN or other members you will be suspended the first time. If you spam again after being reinstated you will be deleted and banned from creating another account.
Inactive Accounts
If your account has been inactive for more than 45 days, it will be deleted.
Advertising Terms
-- The Title for the ad must NOT contain the word CHEAT, in any form.
-- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar,
illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
--You must not advertise any site, program, item, etc... that is a scam. We do
not tolerate scams, and will not advertise for them. If the webmaster checks
out your banner, link, etc.... and feels that it may be a scam, the ad, banner,
link etc.... will be deleted without crediting your account. Your account may
also be deleted or suspended at the discretion of the webmaster, with no
refunds on any purchases or payout on earnings.
-- The website must NOT contain any frame breakers.
-- The website MUST be in English.
-- The website must NOT contain or promote any viruses
-- The website must NOT conatin ANY prompts such as download dialogs or
confirmation alerts.
-- The website must NOT exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit
-- The website's single popup/popunder must NOT open any new windows.
-- The website's single popup/popunder must NOT break any of the above terms.
If you violate these terms and your account is deleted, you will forefit your funds, you will receive no refunds on purchases, and no payouts!
Website Changes
With any website there are changes that need to be made in order to maintain a secure and profitable program. This website may change design, structure, pricing, location, website address, advertising, specials, or any other change deemed necessary by the Webmaster. You agree, by registering, to accept these changes without argument. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.

This agreement is subject to change. We reserve the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members. Please check these terms OFTEN. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
